9.00am Welcome, safety briefing and introductions.
9.45am Foraging: Edible and medicinal plants, useful & functional plants and trees.
12.30pm Lunchtime: Please bring a packed Lunch (you can cook on the fire if you wish).
1.30pm Knife Skills: Learn how to safely handle a bushcraft knife and make basic tools.
3.00pm Fire lighting: Discover techniques old and new, lighting fires in a variety of traditional ways.
6.00pm Evening Meal: Sit down to a delicious meal on site prepared by our very own Chef, Chris.
