Birch Tapping Workshop

On our Birch Tapping Workshop, we gather in the woods to learn how to craft the tools you’ll need to tap a Birch tree. Once the trees are tapped, we can relax by the fire and wait for the sap to collect. Please bring a small container to take home some of the sap you harvest.
